Product Overview
Link-Shine AP30 is a silane adhesion promoter with both epoxy and vinyl functional groups, designed for high-performance applications, including:
• High-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV).
• Silicone electronic potting compounds.
• Adhesives (polyurethane, epoxy, MS sealants).
• Acrylic coatings, sealants, and other bonding systems.
Its epoxy and methoxy silane groups chemically react with inorganic substrates, providing superior wet and dry adhesion. Meanwhile, vinyl groups interact with SiH, mercapto, and other functional groups in organic systems, delivering stronger adhesion compared to traditional single-end reactive promoters. Additionally, Link-Shine AP30 enhances resin-to-substrate and filler bonding, thereby improving electrical performance in silicone potting and encapsulation materials.
