Link-Shine AP75 is a high-performance silane adhesion promoter with epoxy, phenyl, and siloxane functional groups, designed to significantly enhance adhesion across various substrates. It forms strong chemical bonds with inorganic materials such as glass, ceramics, and metal oxides, as well as polar organic polymers like epoxy resins, polyamides (nylon), and polyurethanes, ensuring superior durability and reliability. The phenyl group provides enhanced thermal stability and hydrophobic properties, making this silane suitable for optical materials, composites, and high-temperature applications. For non-polar materials like polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), surface activation (e.g., plasma or flame treatment) is required for optimal bonding.
