The kick-off meeting of safety production month was grandly held: build a strong safety line of defense and escort the development of enterprises

In order to thoroughly implement the national safety production policy, strengthen the safety awareness of all employees, and improve the level of safety management, Shandong Link-Shine Advanced Materials held a grand kick-off meeting of "Safety Production Month" on June 4, 2025. The theme of this meeting was "Everyone Stresses Safety, Everyone Will Respond to Emergencies", and the factory leadership team, heads of various departments, safety management personnel and front-line employees participated in the meeting to jointly sound the clarion call for action in the safety production month.

Leadership and mobilization: Security is the lifeblood of development
At the kick-off meeting, Director Li made an important speech. He emphasized that safety production is the cornerstone of the high-quality development of enterprises, and all employees must firmly establish the concept of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management", and take the safety production month as an opportunity to promote the normalization and institutionalization of safety management. He put forward three requirements: first, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities and consolidate safety responsibilities layer by layer; the second is to focus on the investigation of hidden dangers to ensure the closed loop of rectification; The third is to strengthen education and training to enhance emergency response capabilities.
"Any accident is an unbearable burden for businesses and families, and we must treat safety hazards with a 'zero tolerance' attitude." Director Li's speech was loud and sound, setting the tone for the event.

Program deployment: take multiple measures to build a strong line of defense
Director Li gave a detailed interpretation of the "2025 Safety Production Month Activity Plan". This safety production month will focus on the "six ones":

A safety oath for all employees: strengthen the sense of responsibility through solemn commitments;

A round of hidden danger investigation: covering the whole production process and establishing a rectification account;

An emergency drill: simulating fire, mechanical injury and other scenarios to improve disposal capabilities;

A series of training seminars: experts will be invited to explain the new Work Safety Law and practical skills;

A safety culture competition: create a strong atmosphere through knowledge answering questions and skill competitions;

On family safety interaction: Distribute a letter to employees' famileies to build an "enterprise-family" joint defense system.

All commitments: the signing ceremony expressed determination
A solemn signing ceremony of safety commitments was held at the meeting. The participants signed the red banner printed with "I am responsible for my safety, and I am responsible for the safety of others" in turn, expressing their firm determination to safe production. Director Li led all the staff to take the safety oath, and the sonorous and powerful oath echoed throughout the audience.

The next stage: normalized management to ensure long-term effectiveness
It is reported that during the safety production month, the factory will also carry out innovative activities such as "shooting potential safety hazards" and "collecting safety golden ideas", and establish an assessment and incentive mechanism. In the future, we will promote the transformation of safety management from "activity" to "long-term" through measures such as monthly safety star selection and standardized workshop construction.
